How do I report a technical problem?
Send an email to
support@research.westpac.co.nz including a description of the problem you have or a copy of any error message you may get.
If you have a problem with the download of a page, video or music, try and include information such as:
- The type of browser you are using (Explorer, Netscape, etc.)
- The version of your browser (5.0, 6.2, etc.)
- The platform you are using (Mac OSX, Windows 2000, etc).
